We’re Alex Carswell and Samuel Fernandez, two first responders from the CSRA and the founders of CSRA Lawn Medics. We’re both registered paramedics in Georgia, working full time in Columbia County’s 911 system. We bring the same work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail from the field straight to your yard.

Before EMS, we both had roots in lawn care. Alex worked with companies including TruGreen before beginning his nearly four years in EMS. Samuel gained experience in turf management at Augusta Country Club before entering EMS prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.

CSRA Lawn Medics grew out of a shared passion for lawn care and the satisfaction of seeing a job done right. We take pride in delivering consistent, professional results at a fair price, with clear communication and no cutting corners. From routine maintenance to giving an overgrown yard a fresh start, our goal is simple: a lawn you can enjoy and dependable service you can count on.
